Breeze Airways does not charge a traditional cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and the flight is at least seven days away, you receive a full refund to your original payment method. After 24 hours, cancellations result in BreezePoints, not cash refunds, unless the airline cancels the flight.

For "Nice," "Nicer," and "Nicest" fares, cancellations at least one hour before departure receive full credit in BreezePoints, valid for 24 months. No credit is given if canceled less than one hour before departure. For “No Flex” fares, you receive 100% credit if canceled more than 60 days before departure, 50% if canceled 15–60 days prior, 25% if canceled 1–14 days before, and 0% if within one hour.

No-shows for any fare type result in forfeiture of the entire ticket value. If Breeze cancels or delays a flight by more than two hours, you are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or an alternative rebooking or BreezePoints credit.

Cancellations can be made through the Breeze website or mobile app in the “My Trips” section. BreezePoints are usually credited quickly. Refunds to credit cards typically take 7–10 business days; refunds by cash or check may take up to 20 days.

Breeze does not have a call center. All support is handled via the app, text, email, or social media messaging. For any refund requests within 24 hours or due to airline-initiated changes, contacting customer support is recommended to ensure processing.

In summary, Breeze has no cancellation fees but limits refunds to BreezePoints unless within the 24-hour window or if the airline cancels. Fare type and timing determine credit eligibility.
